Iksel Decorative Arts, born from the creative partnership between founders Dimonah and Mehmet, creates wallcoverings that begin as hand-painted artworks and are then digitally produced. Specialising in decorative wall coverings and decorative surfaces, they have used digital technology and imaging software to enhance their designs since 2001.
Inspired by the pre-industrial world, the works and prints feature scenic, botanical and ornamental elements, encompassing many cultures and artistic styles. The combination of Dimonah’s profound understanding of colour and composition and Mehmet’s digital direction allows them to create an extensive archive of made-to-order prints that can be customised to fit any space or adapted in colour.

Custom-made wallpaper
Iksel wallpaper begins as original hand-painted artwork, reproduced in high definition and adapted to suit room dimensions, architectural details and colour palettes. Scenic murals, decorative panels and trompe l’oeil designs can be resized and recoloured while retaining the character of the original artwork.
Many designs are specified as custom-made wallpaper for private residences, boutique hospitality spaces and commercial interiors. The archive also includes custom-made wallpaper murals featuring large-scale scenic compositions.
